柴油发电机运行管理制度

1、电工必须按操作规程，正确使用发电机，平时认真做好发电机的维护、保养工作，每次发电要做好纪录。

2、对发电机部件、水、油、蓄电池组经常检查，使其保持良好状态，保证发电机组随时可以启动、发电。

3、遇有高压供电线路停电，半小时内应发电送电，送电前必须由两名以上电工检查确认隔离闸刀是否在发电位置;发电机停机转入正常供电前将隔离闸刀板向常规位置。

4、发电机组运行必须有专人看守，巡视各种仪表是否正常运行，发现问题及时处理并向领导汇报。

5、如遇计划停电应提前写出通知，告示用电单位做好停电准备。

6、保持发电机的整洁，柴油发电机组附近不得堆放杂物，专用工具要放在工具箱内。

7、确保柴油机箱有柴油，每次发电完后要及时加满柴油油箱，以备下次发电用，若没柴油库存，需及时报告领导批示购买柴油。

8、无关人员不得靠近发电机。

9、禁止在发电机旁抽烟。

2. Regularly inspect the generator components, water, oil, and battery pack to maintain their good condition and ensure that the generator set can be started and generate electricity at any time.

3. In the event of a power outage on the high-voltage power supply line, power should be generated and transmitted within half an hour. Before power transmission, two or more electricians must check and confirm whether the isolation switch is in the power generation position; Before the generator shuts down and returns to normal power supply, turn the isolation switch board to the regular position.

4. The operation of the generator set must be guarded by a dedicated person, who will inspect various instruments to ensure they are functioning properly, promptly address any issues found, and report them to the leadership.

5. In the event of a planned power outage, a notice should be written in advance to notify the electricity user to prepare for the outage.

6. Keep the generator clean, no debris should be piled up near the diesel generator set, and special tools should be placed in the toolbox.

7. Ensure that there is diesel in the diesel engine compartment, and promptly fill the diesel tank after each power generation to prepare for the next power generation. If there is no diesel inventory, it is necessary to report to the leadership for approval to purchase diesel in a timely manner.

8. Unrelated personnel are not allowed to approach the generator.

9. Smoking is prohibited near the generator.
