柴油发电机的水温使用要求有明确规定,但一些操作人员却喜欢把出水温度调得很低,有的接近出水温度的下限值,有的还不到下限值。他们认为水温低,水泵中不会出现气蚀现象,冷却水(液)就不会中断,使用中有保险系数。其实水温只要不超过95℃就不会发生气蚀,冷却水(液)也不会中断。相反,如果水温过低,对柴油发动机的工作极为有害。

Otherwise, if the water temperature is too low, it is extremely harmful to the generator operation.
1、温度低,气缸内柴油燃烧条件恶化,燃料雾化不良,着火后燃期增长,发动机工作易粗暴,加剧曲轴轴承、活塞环等零部件的损坏,功率降低,经济性降低。
If temperature is low,combustion is worsen in the cylinder, poor fuel atomization, increased combustion period after fire, and rough engine operation, aggravated the damage of crankshaft bearings, piston rings and other parts, reduced power and economy.
2、燃烧后的水气易冷凝在缸壁上,造成金属腐蚀。
The water vapor after combustion is easy to condense on the cylinder wall, causing metal corrosion.
3、燃烧的柴油可能稀释机油,使润滑情况变坏。
Burning diesel fuel may dilute the oil and make the lubrication worse.
4、燃料燃烧不完全而形成胶质,使活塞环卡在活塞环槽内,气门卡住,压缩终了时气缸内压力降低。
Incomplete fuel combustion results in the formation of gum, which causes the piston ring to be stuck in the piston ring groove, the valve is stuck, and the pressure in the cylinder decreases when the compression ends.
5、水温过低机油温度也低,机油变稠,流动性变差,机油泵泵油量少,以致发电机组供油不足,加上曲轴轴承间隙变小,润滑不良。
