柴油发电机是柴油发动机与发电机(通常是交流发电机)的组合以产生电能。 柴油压燃式发动机通常设计成在燃油上运行,但是有一些类型适用于其他液体燃料或天然气。发电机是将其他形式的能源转换成电能的机械设备。
柴油发电机组温度压力保护系统常见故障及对策,有以下两点:
1、温度显示波动且幅度大,有时显示-1或1该故障原因有:
第一,连接插头接触不良,可以拧紧,当插头松脱时CMR424显示-1;
第二,探头特性变坏,可以更换探头,特别当热电阻探头短路时CMR424显示1;
第三,电子板需要重新调整。
2、温度显示电子板故障或设定好的温度发生变化可以用标准电阻箱或毫伏发生器输入一组标准温度信号进行检验,也可以用恒温箱输入一组实际温度进行校验。确属电子板故障的应该更换。设定好的温度发生微小变化(2%以内)属于正常情况,是温度漂移的结果。

There are two common faults and countermeasures for the temperature and pressure protection system of diesel generator sets:
1. The temperature display fluctuates greatly, sometimes showing -1 or 1. The cause of this fault is:
Firstly, the connection plug has poor contact and can be tightened. When the plug is loose, CMR424 displays -1;
Secondly, if the characteristics of the probe deteriorate, it can be replaced, especially when the thermistor probe is short circuited and CMR424 displays 1;
Thirdly, the electronic board needs to be readjusted.
2. Temperature display electronic board faults or changes in the set temperature can be verified by inputting a set of standard temperature signals into a standard resistance box or millivolt generator, or by inputting a set of actual temperatures into a constant temperature box for verification. If it is indeed an electronic board malfunction, it should be replaced. Minor changes (within 2%) in the set temperature are normal and the result of temperature drift.
